The Issues
Assembling a Coalition
As a Kennedy libertarian, I built real coalitions in 2024 when Bobby Kennedy signed the Liberty Presidential Pledge. Today I continue to support his MAHA work while following Bobby's example to running as a Republican for Colorado Secretary of State. My mission is simple: end the failed leadership of Jena Griswold, restore free and fair elections, lock our public records on blockchain, and make it radically easier to start and run a business in Colorado.
Restore Trust in Elections
Jena Griswold’s leadership has left Coloradans with distrust, endless scandals, and machines that threaten our sovereignty with AI. As Secretary of State I will deliver transparent, tamper-proof elections that unaffiliated voters, Republicans, libertarians, and MAHA supporters can all trust:

Blockchain the Public Record
To stop corruption, cartel laundering, and public record tampering forever, I will place all Colorado public records on an immutable blockchain ledger for voter registrations, property and other county records, business filings, charities, notaries, past, present, and future. From the Land Grants first issues under Abraham Lincolns signature to the birth certificates of our children and grandchildren a record will be made. Building on Colorado’s existing blockchain framework, this “Liberty Ledger” ensures eternal transparency and auditability while enabling $1 crypto-equivalent fees for accessibility. As a Republican fighting for liberty from within, I’ll deliver unbreakable protection for every Coloradan.
Capitalist Champion
Last year in Colorado over 30,000 businesses died or moved away. The Colorado’s Secretary of State office controls business filings, notaries, trademarks, and more. I will slash red tape, digitize and automate where blockchain helps, and make it faster and cheaper to launch and grow a business so that entrepreneurs, families, and innovators will begin to choose Colorado again. Austrian Economic Theory will save Colorado from fiscal illiteracy if the current leadership.

My name is James Wiley, known as the Red Flame of Liberty. I am a Colorado native, born in Colorado Springs, with a MBA from Colorado State University Pueblo. I grew up in Kazakhstan witnessing the fall out of the communist government in the former Soviet Union and the rise of capitalism. This ignited my lifelong passion for defending individual sovereignty, just government, and secure elections and fueled my activism against vulnerable electronic voting systems. Over the last 6 years my team and I have sued Dominion Voting Systems, Facebook, Mark Zuckerburg, the Secretary of States and Governors of Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, Secretary Griswold 5 times and my Democrat opponent Amanda Gonzalez, for their election misconduct. In 2024 I formed a coalition with Bobby Kennedy and fought to advance liberty with the free of Ross Ulbricht in 2025.

As a Republican candidate for Colorado Secretary of State in 2026, my mission is to build a Coalition of Coloradans that put the Colorado Families First. I am committed to regenerating the Republican Party with principles of unity and liberty, ensuring every Coloradan’s vote is protected and our democracy is secure.
