Boulder County Ballot Exhibition
Join us for the inaugural Boulder County Exhibition of the Colorado Union of Ballot Counters — the first event in a statewide circuit demonstrating transparent, precinct-level hand counting of paper ballots under Colorado law (C.R.S. § 1-7-307).
What to expect:
- 4–5 simultaneous counting tables using the four-judge team method (audible reading, dual independent tally sheets, and full discrepancy resolution before any batch is sealed)
- Friendly competition among volunteer teams of four with a 5th bench counter to sub in so others can rest.
- Republican State House and State Senate candidates and others speaking and taking Q&A throughout the morning while counting continues
- Public observation of every step of a real hand-count process
- Results announced on-site
