Assembling a Coalition
As a Kennedy libertarian I built real coalitions in 2024 when Bobby Kennedy signed the Liberty Presidential Pledge. Today I continue to support MAHA while following that example—running as a Republican to regenerate a larger platform for liberty.
My mission is simple: end the failed leadership of Jena Griswold, restore free and fair elections, lock our public records on blockchain, and make it radically easier to start and run a business in Colorado.
Restore Trust in Elections
Jena Griswold’s leadership has left Coloradans with distrust, endless scandals, and machines that threaten our sovereignty with AI.
As Secretary of State I will deliver transparent, tamper-proof elections that unaffiliated voters, Republicans, libertarians, and MAHA supporters can all trust:

- In Person in Each Precinct
- Voter ID Required
- Paper Ballots ONLY
- Citizen-Controlled Ballot Tabulation
- Clean the voter rolls
We are already building the Colorado Union of Ballot Counters — a trained, citizen workforce that can perform the four-judge hand-count method now required by Colorado law. No clerk is forced to use it. Those who choose it will have the people and the process ready.

Liberty Chain - Blockchain the Public Record
To stop corruption, cartel laundering, and public-record tampering forever, I will place all Colorado public records on an immutable blockchain ledger: voter registrations, property and county records, business filings, charities, notaries — past, present, and future.
From the land grants issued under Abraham Lincoln’s signature to the birth certificates of our children and grandchildren, a permanent, citizen-auditable record will exist.
Building on Colorado’s existing blockchain framework, Liberty Chain delivers eternal transparency and auditability while enabling low, crypto-equivalent fees so ordinary citizens and small businesses can use the system.
Capitalist Champion
Last year more than 30,000 Colorado businesses died or left the state. The Secretary of State’s office controls business filings, notaries, trademarks, and more.
I will slash red tape, digitize and automate wherever blockchain helps, and make it faster and cheaper to launch and grow a business so that entrepreneurs, families, and innovators choose Colorado again.
Austrian economic common sense will replace fiscal illiteracy.

Ignite the Fire
My name is James Wiley, known as the Red Flame of Liberty.
I am a fifth-generation Colorado native, born in Colorado Springs. At three months old my family moved to Kazakhstan, where I spent 15 years watching the collapse of communism and the rise of capitalism. That experience burned into me a permanent understanding of what happens when the people lose sovereignty over their institutions.
I returned to Pueblo, graduated from Pueblo County High School, and earned a Management & Marketing degree (Cum Laude) plus an MBA from CSU-Pueblo. I served in student government, ran a financial-services practice, and launched a technology and marketing consulting firm before the events of 2020 redirected my life into full-time election-integrity work.
